Thermenhof Special Institute for Rehabilitation

Over the last 30 years, the Thermenhof rehabilitation clinic in Warmbad-Villach has established itself as a cutting-edge organization for the treatment and assistance of patients, as well as for the training and professional education of its medical and paramedical employees not just in Austria, but across central Europe. With its 239 beds, the Thermenhof is one of the largest rehab centers in southern Austria. Our goal is to provide the best possible treatment, tailored to each individual patient. That is why we also offer different care and nursing levels.

Our team is made up of medical specialists from various fields (orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, internal medicine), as well as certified health care and nursing staff, physiotherapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists. The objective is the best possible patient treatment, based on individual needs. All the employees at the rehabilitation clinic work with drive and passion to reach a common goal: help our patients live a full life that is as autonomous and independent as possible from external assistance. The medical focus is on the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and after joint replacement surgery, neurological and neurosurgical diseases, osteoporosis, chronic pain or arthritis. The Thermenhof rehabilitation clinic is accredited and certified according to the international quality standards of the Joint Commission International (JCI)
